twin fins of sorts....

I am gearing up to do a bunch of water photography this Spring and Summer. I have just finished the modification of my water-proofed Brownie Hawkeye and am excited to see what it can do. Looking for recommendations on good swim fins. Please comment if you have some knowledge in this area.

DaFins are great! just picked up a larger pair to wear with booties this past week. They really are the most comfortable fins I have found.
Here is a good reader survey from the surfmatters blog.

I also just bought some plexi yesterday as I'm working on a holga/diana water housing, its coming along really nice.

fantastic! the water angle rocks. i have used churchills for a long time - seem to last well. Had them 10 years +. Fins that float are a must - have had some wipeouts and lost them - though now you can get those little mini-leggies that attach to your ankles.
Jack pls post pics of th enew housing,

I 2nd Dafins. They are super comfy. Be sure to work your way up slow if your not use to using fins. Calf cramps are a bitch when there's swell.
Can't wait to see what you come up with photowise.

semi-recently converted to dafins for body surf sessions and they're fantastic.
i imagine while shooting there may be slightly different specifications that are desired... but in terms of overall quality / how they weather with years of use you could always ask a lifeguard.
stoked on whatever produce is to come.
